Rosetta C. Baldwin Educational Center This photo shows the rear view of the Education Center, built in 1998 HISTORY For nearly two decades, Rosetta Baldwin dreamed of having a permanent place for her school, Baldwin's Chapel Church School. Planning and fundraising for the Rosetta C. Baldwin Educational Center began in 1994. Ground-breaking took place in 1997 on property adjacent to Baldwin's Chapel Seventh-Day Adventist Church on Leonard Avenue. The project took ten months and twenty-two days to complete. The building was finished under budget. On January 8, 1998, the Educational Center celebrated its grand opening. The new building has seven classrooms, a computer library, a media room, a full cafeteria, and an auditorium with a seating capacity for four hundred people.
